Do I qualify for the use of a loaner car while my vehicle is being repaired under my extended warranty?
Most "good" extended warranties provide for a rental car for qualified repairs. These qualified repairs generally require that the job books a minimum of 2 hours. Most of these repairs require pre-authorization, so ask your service advisor about a loaner when setting your appointment. We have Enterprise Rent-A-Car on the premises. Even if your repairs don't qualify you for a free loaner, you may rent a vehicle at our discounted service rates right here at the dealership.
Do I qualify for the use of a loaner car while my vehicle is being repaired under the factory warranty?
Cadillac has a unique program within General Motors, in that any warranty repair qualifies for a rental car compliments of the Cadillac Motor Car Division. Buick vehicles have to be in overnight for a major repair because the vehicle is inoperable. The vehicle must be dropped off early in the day so we have a chance at fixing it and getting it back to you the same day. If you wonder whether your repair entitles you to a loaner, please call your service advisor.
Where can I pick-up my vehicle after it has been serviced?
For pick-ups before 7pm, Monday through Friday, the service cashier in the service department will be able to help you. From 7pm to 9pm, Monday through Friday, and from 9am to 6pm on Saturday, you will pick up your vehicle at the reception desk in the center of the showroom. For questions about pick-ups and drop offs on holidays, please call (708) 579-5000.
When can I drop off my vehicle for service work?
You can drop off a vehicle as early as 7am, Monday through Friday, and at 9am on Saturday.
